Enlight girls receive cash award for academic excellence

On World AIDS Day, two girl children - Sathya (12th standard) and Gopika (10th Standard) of Enlight project in Salem, received a cash prize of Rs. 3000 each from Shri. C.V Raman, District Collector for scoring well in their board examinations. They also received the certificate of appreciation and mementos.
The Enlight project in Salem city supports the education of 220 girl children affected/infected by HIV/AIDS. Across India, #Enlight is operational across 9 cities reaching out to girl children from different social backgrounds.
