Review, Reflection and Planning Exercise

The Enlight project team came together for a ‘Review, Reflection and Planning Exercise’ organized in Chennai in June 2017. The meeting was chaired by Ravi Pratap Singh, Regional Director – AEAI SA, and Sajeev Balan, Director- Programme Development & Support - AEAI SA.

The two day meeting witnessed presentations by the respective project teams which were reviewed by the panelists. This was followed by a rigorous planning exercise where the teams collaboratively worked on incorporating best practices shared by respective teams into their year plans. The Finance, Sponsorship and Communication teams utilized this opportunity to provide key inputs to enhance the quality of the project. The team also visited the Enlight – Chennai project and interacted with the volunteers and the children.
