The Mothers Committee

Reshma is mother of three daughters, Muskan, B.B.Iysha and Madhiha ’who are students of class 2,4,6 respectively. Her husband Nayaz is a auto driver. Her children are part of the Enlight project and observing the improvement in competencies as well as behaviour in them she started supporting the project. When the mother’s group was formed she became an active member.

“I wanted to do my part in carrying forward the message of girl children education, hence as a group we conducted several awareness programs for the mothers. We also visited schools, engaged with the teachers to stop dropout of girl children from school. We also engaged with parents of girl children and made them aware about the need for education, importance of health and hygiene and the evils of child marriages. I am proud mother and committee member for Enlight program”.
